DT-Agent, Rubber and Plastic Mold Release Agent
DT-Agent, mold discharging agent is a high-performance emulsion concentrate composed of advanced polymer materials. It incorporates specialized lubricating and separating agents that provide superior release capabilities. Key attributes include low surface tension, excellent film extensibility, high oxidation resistance, temperature stability, non-toxic and non-flammable properties, and long-lasting release efficiency. This product is designed to impart a smooth, glossy finish to molded items and supports multiple releases from a single application. It is easily diluted with water, making it convenient and environmentally friendly for use with rubber, plastic, EVA, and similar materials.
1. Thermal Stability: Forms a stable, thin film between the mold and the product, ensuring a smooth surface.
2. Enhanced Lubrication: Offers excellent lubrication between metal and non-metal surfaces, reducing mold maintenance and repair costs.
3. Temperature Resilience: Maintains consistent viscosity across a wide temperature range, resists oxidation, and remains inert to most chemicals.
4. Ease of Use: Easily diluted, convenient to apply, and stable even at elevated mold temperatures.
5. Extended Shelf Life: Maintains efficacy for over one year when stored in a sealed container at room temperature.
l Ingredients: Organic polymer materials soluble in water
l Appearance: White or light yellow liquid
l Solid Content: 65%
l pH Value: 6-8 (in a 1% aqueous solution)
l Stability: Remains stable both as a concentrate and in diluted form over time.
1. Dilution: Prior to use, dilute with tap water or deionized water to the desired concentration. Adjust the dilution ratio based on the material being released and the finish required. Conduct tests to determine the optimal dilution for your specific application.
2. Usage: As a water-based product, it should not be mixed with other additives. After dilution, apply the release agent evenly to a pre-treated or cleaned mold surface using spraying or brushing techniques. Multiple applications may be necessary to achieve uniform coverage. Once applied, proceed with pouring the raw material into the mold.
3. Application Temperature: Ensure the mold is at the appropriate processing temperature for optimal performance.
1. Dilution: Only dilute the amount needed for immediate use. Avoid storing diluted solutions for long periods to prevent contamination and degradation.
2. Skin Contact: In case of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with water. The product is non-toxic but should not be ingested and is not suitable for medical use.
3. Spills: Clean any spills immediately to prevent slipping hazards.
l Packaging: Available in standard plastic barrels of 25kg, 50kg, or 200kg, with custom packaging options available upon request.
l Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
