JLOX-100 series lithium based oxygen molecular sieve (PSA/VPSA oxygen production)
The JLOX-100 series high-efficiency oxygen molecular sieve is a lithium X-type silica aluminate crystal. They are widely used in industries such as steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, chemical industry, energy-saving renovation of furnaces and kilns, environmental protection, papermaking, aquaculture, healthcare, etc.
The JLOX-100 series high-efficiency oxygen production molecular sieve is mainly used in pressure swing adsorption oxygen production equipment, with characteristics such as large nitrogen adsorption capacity, high nitrogen and oxygen separation coefficient, and easy desorption. Its nitrogen adsorption capacity is 2-3 times larger than that of A-type oxygen production olecular sieve, and the nitrogen and oxygen separation coefficient is about twice that of A-type oxygen production molecular sieve. JLOX-200 series molecular sieve (VPSA oxygen production)
JLOX-200S is a new generation of industrial VPSA oxygen specific molecular sieve developed by our company for small and medium-sized industrial VPSA oxygen production equipment.
Application
JLOX-200S is a new generation industrial VPSA oxygen specific molecular sieve launched by our company; JLOX-200S has a high nitrogen adsorption capacity and significantly improved mass transfer performance; Under the same operating conditions, the oxygen production efficiency per unit mass of JLOX-200S is 15-20% higher than that of JLOX-200; The improvement of JLOX-200S oxygen production efficiency means less filling and lower energy consumption.
JLOX-300 series deep cold air separation high-efficiency oxygen production molecular sieve (13X-APG upgraded product). Comparison of adsorption capacities between the two molecular sieves mentioned above: Under the condition of 250mmHg, there is not much difference in CO2 adsorption capacity between the two molecular sieves. However, at 2.2mmHg, the static CO2 adsorption capacity of JLOX-300 is 1.78 times that of 13X-APG. Under dynamic experimental conditions: CO2 concentration of 450ppm, temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, and pressure of 7kg/cm2, the adsorption capacity of JLOX-300 can reach 1.75 times that of 13X-APG. Therefore, the excellent performance of JLOX-300 can be fully utilized and demonstrated under low partial pressure.
Economic benefits of JLOX-300 molecular sieve for cryogenic air separation under the conditions of 2.7-2.8mmHg, the adsorption capacity difference is 15.23NL/kg, which is 53.6% higher than that of 13X. According to the reversible principle of adsorption and desorption of molecular sieve adsorbents, the desorption efficiency of the purifier can be greatly improved, significantly extending the adsorption cycle (up to 7 hours)
Purifiers can reduce regeneration heat consumption; lower operating costs, and improve equipment operational stability.
It can increase the air processing capacity of the purifier (there is no need to make any changes to the existing device) and reduce the investment cost of the purifier.
JLOX-500 series molecular sieve (PSA oxygen specific molecular sieve)
JLOX-500 series high-efficiency oxygen production molecular sieve is a new type of X-type molecular sieve, mainly used in the pressure swing adsorption oxygen production process of pressure adsorption and atmospheric desorption, with high nitrogen adsorption capacity and excellent nitrogen oxygen separation coefficient.
Application
The JLOX-500 series high-efficiency oxygen making molecular sieve is mainly used in pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen making devices. It has the advantages of high oxygen production purity, high oxygen production rate, fast adsorption rate, and long service life, and is a good substitute product for 5A (CaA) oxygen molecular sieve.
JLOX-500 products are mainly used in PSA industrial oxygen production and medical center oxygen supply systems. JLOX-501 product is a specialized oxygen molecular sieve for PSA medical (household) oxygen concentrators and miniature oxygen concentrators. JLOX-501AS high-efficiency oxygen making molecular sieve is sodium X-type alumina silicate crystal, which is a new generation of sodium based molecular sieve specially developed for micro medical/household oxygen making machines by our company.
