Oxygen Absorber PAK and Materials
Oxygen scavenger, also known as deacidifying agent, is a kind of product that can make the container oxygen free by absorbing the oxygen in the packaging container. This product can effectively inhibit the growth of mold and aerobic bacteria, extend the shelf life of food, and play a good role in preventing oil rancidity, preventing oxidative browning of meat, and preventing the loss of vitamins in food.
Main ingredients: reduced iron powder, activated carbon, diatomaceous earth, vermiculite, sodium chloride, water.
Technical principle: Oxygen scavenger is not a food additive, but absorbs the oxygen in the packaging container through the iron powder oxidation principle, and rapidly reduces the oxygen concentration to below 0.01% within 0.5-2 working days. To ensure that the item is not oxidized or deteriorated. Its reaction is stable, odorless, free from harmful gas generation, and has no side effects.
Formula
The packaging material should be selected with an oxygen transmittance of less than 20ml/ m2.25oC.atm.24h. Such as KOP/CPP, NY/PE, KNY/PE, KPET/PE, PET/AL/PE, etc. OPP/CPP, PP
PE film bags cannot be used.

Application
1.1) Cakes and pastries: cakes, waffles, Swiss rolls, Mazu, Bean paste cake, walnut cakes, Sweetheart cake, almond cakes, etc.
2) Poultry and livestock meat food: beef jerky, chicken wings, sausage, Ham sausage, meat belly, meat floss, salted meat, etc.
3) Nut fried food: pistachios, summer magnolia, almonds, pine nuts, green root fruits, walnuts, chestnuts, peanuts, melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, multi flavored beans, etc.
4) Aquatic dry food: dried abalone, dried cured fish, dried scallops, Dried shredded squid, dried rice, grilled fish slices, etc.
5) Others: tea, seaweed, cinnamon, dried fruits, dried mushrooms, dried wild vegetables, dehydrated vegetables, beans, persimmon cakes, dried sweet potatoes, rice, etc.
6) Medical and health products: herb medicinal materials, pharmaceuticals, plant products, etc.
7) Non food products: precision instruments, military products, books, cultural relics, tobacco, etc.
8) Animal feed: fishing bait, pet feed.
Remarks
1) Put the preserved food (articles) together with Oxygen scavenger into containers with low oxygen permeability, such as packaging materials with oxygen permeability lower than 20ml/m2.24h.25 ℃, KOP/PE, KPET/PE and other composite film packaging bags or plastic cans, glass cans, iron cans, etc.
2) Seal the container and vacuum the packaging material to prevent air from entering.
3) After opening the package of Oxygen scavenger, it is better to use up and seal up the fresh- keeping materials within 1~2 hours. For those that have not been used up, please timely discharge the air in the original packaging bag and reseal it to avoid failure.
4) Do not microwave or consume. Not suitable for products with high moisture content.
5) The suitable temperature for the operation of Oxygen scavenger is generally 5-40 ℃. If it is lower than -5 ℃, the effect of de-oxidization and fresh-keeping will decline.
6) When Oxygen scavenger works, it will release a small amount of heat, which is a safe and normal reaction.
